INTERNET BORN IN WYOMING,

We have been customers of Mountain West since early 2018. We have never had anything but exceptional customer service. We exclusively use streaming and have never had an issue as well as with several other WiFi devices.

My Wi-fi connection was intermittent. I found it easy to contact the Mountain West. A friendly service-technician came out to my house. He replaced a part and updated my router and calibrated it for the best connection. It was so nice to deal with a local company, especially after my experiences with another very large company. This company has the best customer service.. always get back to us quickly! We are out of town, and they were quick to help us get internet service!!

I have used Mtn West for years, approaching a decade. Best Internet service I have ever had. Extremely reasonable prices, and a customer service philosophy that is over the top. I love my internet provider.

It's been 7 years and 3 houses later... Mountain West has been the best internet service provider we could ask for. Were just a family, with kids that love streaming movies. We had them to our house for an issue one time in 7 years(a faulty router on our end) their team worked diligently and got us a new router installed. These are good, local people.

My internet was an absolute pain. You name it, it went wrong. I live in a VERY difficult area. But, these guys at Mountain West NEVER gave up. They spent a week of tossing ideas around and trying this and that to get us service and they PREVAILED! Big thank you to everyone involved!

The technician worked efficiently and professionally to establish an internet connection in a rural setting. He did not let any obstacle stand in his way to efficiently complete the installation.

Chris and Jake were absolutely amazing. Chris even pulled some of my weeds when he buried my wire. They were fast and friendly and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to oversell me but made sure my service was going to be sufficient. Wouldn't go anywhere else for internet needs.

I've had Mountain West for around 7 years. In all that time my internet has only been down two or three times. They've been very reliable and the few times I did have a problem, they were quick to respond. Their customer service is exceptional.
